Company channels bring members together for a common purpose, like a channel for employees, board members, and so on.
To manage your company channels in BizBot, there are two ways to do it: one is from the Channels page, and the other is by going to Settings > Company channels settings.
To manage channels through the Channels page, follow these steps:
1. From your company's home screen, tap on Channels from the left-hand side menu.
2. On the Channels page, click Add new channel which allows you to collaborate with other company members.
3. Enter the information in the field, and click Create channel.
To edit or delete a channel, click the Gear icon on the Channels page.
In the pop-up window, you could edit the name of the channel or delete a channel.
Alternatively, if you are already on the Settings page, select Company channels settings.
You can then see your channel settings, and from there can add, edit or delete a channel. Don't forget to click Save once done.
